With a background in fintech, Salesforce administration, process optimization, and high-touch client service, I bring an analytical approach to overloaded or inefficient workflows.

I began my career in content management and data entry, where I quickly moved into process improvement, streamlining workflows which allowed . From there, I transitioned into Salesforce administration as a former end-user, which led to systems analysis, implementation, and increasingly complex operational work over the next twelve years.

After the pandemic, I moved into high-end hospitality to shift toward more human-centered work, bringing over the same high standards from my tech career. Precision, anticipation, and high-level execution are as essential on a yacht or concierge desk as they are in corporate environments.
